I almost bought a used Corum but just as I was going to do it a custom painter called me to ask if I still wanted my chopper paints. That was almost 2 grand more than the nice Corum. That date window is silly but not as useless as Citizen. Eco drives are esp horrible and both the 8000 and 9000 series suck without a cyclops. My Davosa Ternos has a date cyclops and its great. Love the watch. Do you not sell nato straps anymore. They are good quality for a satin finished material.

Biggest complaint is the dte wheel, it hit me as soon as the dial was displayed, I don't mind the bracelet, have a 7.5 inch wrist, so can pull this off easily. I can forgive the unidirectional bezel, rarely would use it, so if an. when, just spin it around. The sapphire lume more than makes up for it. Price is a tad high, but there are hints that some discount maybe available, Caller vs. travelers movement while not prefered, if not traveling doesn't in real life make a difference. Might even be better if you are living and not traveling out of your time zone. Have enough GMT's, don't need another.

It does in fact taper from 22 to 20mm, per the Aquatico website.

thanks for the review. As for this watch, as you said, it has a lot of issues. I really hate how they made the date window and rather cheap looking and functioning the clasp. In the open market, they have way better on-the-fly-adjustment clasps and I wonder why they decided to use the cheapest one of all. Also, the sales price is way way too high. With NH34, you can get really better watches (with proper 24 hr bezel and better adjustable clasp...etc) below $300 range. (San Martin comes to mind). And believe or not, Tisell is now offering Miyota GMT movement watch with proper bezel action along with very high grade glide lock (As good as Ginault glide lock quality) watch at "below $300" price. So, this is not a good proposition for anyone, unless the company is thinking that most of the buyers are kind of fools... Anyway, thanks a lot, Oleg and say "hello" to Bond. I haven't seen him on your channel for a long time. is he sick or something????? or he refused to be recorded or perhaps he is demanding some sort of "fee" for your watch channel, ha ha ha. Agree about the Tisell. If you want a traveller GMT with Miyota movement and decent quality it's a very hard watch to beat for such a low price.

@@BAF605 yes, I agree with you. Tisell is a brand that does not have much of youtube or any other review platform presence. Perhaps they don't care or they are doing enough business? I wouldn't know. But for the value, I believe that many of Tisell models can compete or even surpass the top tiers of Aliexpress brands.

@@BAF605 yup. I believe so. when you order from their Korean website, not only the price is very good, but they do not charge any tax at all, along with free shipping which only takes a week. Again, I believe that Tisell is the hidden gem in micro (homage) brand.

$500 for an NH34 movement watch ?? No chance. Better is available for half the price. They didn't even bother putting a unidirectional bezel on it? Maybe worth $250, though you can actually get better with the right bezel for the same price.

@underworldringside Do what the other 10 people who agreed with the comment did. Google it. And read the other comments. That was 6 months ago by the way. There are even more options available now. There's an explosion in well priced NH34 based watches. There are even some very good quality Chinese ones with Stainless steel and sapphire crystal for $150.

I personally think the Gmt watch market is saturated if any brand is launching anything new it must be very good quality and especially at this price point so Aquatico have failed in my opinion
