I bet lots of people will say well his dad loves jiujitsu so therefore hes got it easy and should be very good. But in all reality how many people in bjj that love it have kids that train that get good? Hardly any, even children of black belt school owners. The kid has to love it and the truth is many kids that are children of good bjj'ers end up hating it.

This is true, I've seen this at tournaments when my kids competed. One thing to keep it in mind is the expenses of the extra classes, seminars, work outs, travel and tournament cost can be quiet a grip. It's very costly to stay competitive. Coles fortunate to have had access to this, along with him loving it at the same time and being guided by some of the best to do this, he's definitely a force to be reckoned with.

@@ICU0H0H great point. If you really stop and think about the most great computers are rich kids. There are outliers like daisy fresh of course. But that a unique situation. It's a fighter house

@@ICU0H0H Thats so true. For the most part bjj is a rich kids sport. The only scholar ship programs are fighter houses and lets face it thats not the norm

Video is cool, but it should've been about the dad and the parenting aspect. Having the kid talk about what we should do, what life is seem hollow.
