The last part of what Dale Mast said really resonated with something Holy Spirit revealed to me some years ago. I used to struggle with receiving compliments because of a couple of reasons like the ingeniousness of the compliment or my inability to see my self worth. I began praying about it because it was always so uncomfortable to have someone say good job. And I sensed the Lord saying to me "Tell them 'Thank you, I get it from my Father'. I think this response although uncommon turns the response "It was all God" on its head and still maintains the posture of humility. I am giving credit where credit is due and also accepting that God is working through me. That one phrase has truly changed so much for me.

I cannot count how many times I have studied 1st and 2nd Samuel, but again the Lord has brought me to study it the last couple months, and the revelation I have been receiving is speaking to me in this time of life in a way nothing else could. I have been talking to the Holy Spirit myself about these things and he told me some points as im overcoming learning to truly accept his love. He told me : -“being loved when you feel unlovable” -“you think love comes with a price…” -“its hard for you to accept that you alone are enough” I just always appreciate your show and the ppl you have on it. God always seems to be working on me in ways that this show tied right into what he has been walking me through.
