At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

"Because that snake has turned into a dragon with seven heads." Ibrahim here is making a reference that Hürrem, the daughter of a priest, would _absolutely_ be able to catch the direct insult of-it's indictive of a demonic and powerful authority of the state, symbolic of Lucifer or the Antichrist. (Basically, one of the many reasons I consider the dragon to be how Hürrem's enemies see her, while her true symbology is the phoenix.)

The prophecy in episode 46. The future teller said it clearly, the dragon will overcome them all one by one and win. Then she looked to hurrem sultan. She is the dragon!

It's quite funny that Ibrahim, a slave could be so arrogant to confront the "dragon" with seven heads as he described Hureem (in fact called her that to her face) who was freed by suleiman and to become his wife the sultan's wife. Although ibrahim had always been suleyman's right hand man of grand vizer. He should know his place as well as Hureem's intelligence, loyalty and strength as well as her standing. That's what attracted suleyman to her compared to all those women who had shared his bed including mahidrevan. Non of them were freed by suleyman. Ibrahim was only loyal to suleyman when he had the upper hand i.e. when he could control suleyman. But when suleyman married hureem of course he would listen to her his wife more instead of Ibrahim. So Ibrahim changed his loyalty to mustafa. You couldn't serve two masters at one time. Especially when one is the sultan and the other was supposedly to be the heir. For ibrahim it's just plain greed and power hungry that means he wanted to control the person he's loyal to. He forgot who he was. The intrigues of the ottaman palace. But for hureem was to protect her man, suleyman hence herself and her children. The rest would just fall into place. That's why her focus never wavered and that's why she's the "dragon" with one head and not seven heads. Ibrahim got that wrong. In fact all her enemies got her wrong ... they saw her as being a "one man band". Yes she's not perfect ... but only when she's attacked, would she then hit back. And hit back hard did she 😊😊😊. Suleyman loved her because of who she is....

Stinks that, after Firuze, who even with her weird ending, was a believable enemy for Hürrem, we get the utter stupidity that is the Nazenin arc.
