Everything simply reminds you of people gathered and dancing and the vibe but the simple joy of listening to music at home or your bed and collecting each fragment into your soul is what I think this will sound like. Being from India I haven't been to a listening bar and this is a tiny part of the experience that I can think it will be like. Of course going with an open mind and then absorbing the experience is the authentic way of appreciating it. Grateful to be alive at a time we have places like these to inspire us. Yeah, we should have a high end listening bar of our own here in India. I know that the Record Room in Bangalore is kinda like that although their sound system isn't the best. Maybe start as house listening sessions since I've seen some killer home setups in Bangalore. And then transition to getting a dedicated space where people can come hangout.

Saw Upsammy and Tammo Hesselink there a while back. Was super fun. Really good sound and space to sit and get a good drink. All the fun of a club but without all the waiting in lines, crowded dance floor, losing your friends, security guards roaming around etc. 10/10 would go again

When they mention Shelter, I get confused as I mainly associate it with the seminal NYC club of the early days - but yeah, there is a listenining bar in Tokyo called Shelter too. Had to recap to get that was what they meant.
