Their little daughter objects to the procedure, mom turns to slap her and lets go of the balloon. I'm surprised they published the video since it shows mom in the worst possible light - she could have laughed and made it a memorable joke, but instead she got furious and took it out on her child. So who's the real child here? Whatever the sex of the new baby is, it's in for a very hard time. I hope I've got it wrong!
