They tour in my state frequently. I had the privilege of talking to the band on multiple occasions and they live their music. They’re really good people and super chill! They’re currently separated out doing their own things but they’ll get back out soon!

Yes I’ve seen them on multiple occasions in Southern California and southern Oregon at a high school gym in Ashland an unadvertised tiny show between big sunsplash gigs in San Francisco and Eugene. I was livin in Tahoe at the time and had 8 or 10 guys from Ashland working for me in the main lodge kitchen at kirkwood ski resort and one day the phone rings for one of the Ashland guys and his dad says they’re playing at the gym and you can only buy tickets at the high school ticket booth so he asks how many of us want tickets and we go up there, stay in the same hotel as the band. This show was ‘94 same as the Rastafari centennial I believe but they had the full band with all the OG horn players and everything. We took some mushrooms and they put on an AMAZING show, absolutely incredible. And in the morning we ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the band was sitting at the 2 tables next to us and we talked to them for a while and they offered to give us backstage passes if we wanted to head to Eugene and Portland to see them, but we had to be back at work in two days and didn’t have the time to follow them up there. One of those times you kick yourself for being responsible and doing what you’re supposed to hahahaha

@ I feel that, they offer me a spot on their tour bus every time but I never can because of work. It’d be awesome to travel the world with them. They’re in Brazil right now having a party and I’m seeing patients at an eye clinic to help restore sight
