They've got a tough schedule this year by I wouldn't be surprised if they over performed this year

13 wins bc of defense, 2 pick 6s against Browns; there were games that the D held off a late game attack

It is definitely a team sport. Demeco Ryans and Texans fans are well aware of how much of a role the defense played in their success last season. The defense got even better this year so I'm excited to see what Houston can do.

I think minimum10 wins maybe 12 if no major injuries. They got all the players. Running back check kicker check wide receivers definitely check defensive players check quarterback big time check coach definitely check. On paper they are Super Bowl champions. They just need to show it in the field

A loss to KC and maybe Buffalo. That's it. CJ and the Texans are about to do something special. Be prepared.

13-4 you got us losing all the good games that’s not how you win playoff games you have to show you can beat the good teams in the regular season cause that all it is in the playoffs so 10 wins is not acceptable specially losing to every single good team come on
@Footballnationusa7 ай бұрын
Not all the good games.... I've got the Texans beating the cowboys and the Ravens. But to your point I can see Buffalo taking an L in Houston... The fastest way to the playoffs is to win division games. I've got them beating the Titans and the Jags twice.
@reginaldreagor21437 ай бұрын
@@Footballnationusa no i disagree winning the divisional games that’s cool but i want to see the Texans beat playoff teams Super Bowl caliber teams just not divisional teams because divisional teams are not the only teams in the playoffs we need to be able to beat teams like Miami ravens Cheifs jets packers lions that’s go tell us if we ready not no divisional opponents you don’t get respect around the league just beating divisional opponents but losing to every other good teams that’s sucks shit your logic is trash

let's see now every d-coordinator has tape on him... they were saying the same thing about a rookie named Baker Mayfield that broke records, and Justin Herbert, and Kyler Murray. Thought I do hope Stroud ends up better than those guys.

Didn’t Herbert throw 5k 😂 his second season luck was a great qb second season burrow was also Wilson won the Super Bowl pat mahomes won Super Bowl all second seasons 😂 just a hater

@@theoperry3236 how am I hating when I said "I hope he's better than them". There's both great and bad examples of 2nd-year QBs (like Lamar who won MVP). That's why we have to SEE. Dam can't be objective with none of y'all getting in your feelings

@@theoperry3236 and Herbert is an overhyped scrub, don't mention him with the greats who actually earn their praisee.

@@jdajayi92 it's clear you are hating, not just in regards to Stroud but all those QBs. And that "I hope he's better" is just to cover yourself. Anyone who actually watched Stroud doesn't really worry about him falling off majorly. Because last season teams were already trying their hardest to stop him before even week 12. He saw every type of defense, schemed all kinds of ways to try and hide their coverages. But nothing worked. The only way teams could "beat Stroud" was to beat his teammates, and keep him off the field by running it. But with the Texans investing in adding receiver depth, and improving their defense. It should actually be harder to beat them that way this next season.

@@wuzi7049 bro you're wayyy in your feelings over a basic "let's see" comment. I get it you're a Texans fan but dang Shroud isn't Jesus, not mahommes yet. He still has to prove himself for more than one year, especially in the second year where coordinators will simply have more tape and more time. Also, the Texans are now a threat as a whole so they're going to be circled during the offseason by every AFC opponent. Am I not allowed to be objective? you stans can be annoying
