I think you should expand towards the Islands, with the end goal of replacing all the Drowned God vassals with Old Gods vassals (and Mudd will be the “King” of the Iron Isles) That way you avoid any wars with your friends, and in fact join in on wars with Robert’s sworn enemies (the Pykes)

I am really curious what your mod list looks like on there, just cause it seems like you almost never crash. Unless you just cut that out haha Also recently came across your series, and binged a bunch of the elder kings episodes. Wish I could get that mod running! I love the elder scrolls universe! It’s basically nothing. I don’t ever run a lot of mods because of that. I always use Valyrian Steel, AGOT-COW, and usually Crowns of Westeros though

Which is why I mostly gave up on ES mods. Got it loaded up once and all of the faces looked like they were melting. Wish I recorded it cause it was nightmare fuel worthy lol

I don't want to meta game for you. But if you were unaware, you can always change vassal contracts being a tyrant. Removing title revocation protection. Then be more of a tyrant and revoke his title. It's not such a bad thing to do early game when you have barely any vassals. And it makes RP sense. You fought your liege for the duchy title but don't get the duchy capital...

I hate how when a lord paramount rebels in the mod, nearly every single one of their vassals side against them. Its infuriatingly lore breaking... especially in the common scenario seen here of Doran going to war with Robert and Tywin, there is 0 chance the dornish would side with A Stormlander and the man who had their princess and her kids butchered. I feel like mega wars really need a rework.

Nope it’s default agot. When you make a custom character it should appear near the top of the trait selection menu

Awesome series so far! You’re really treating us with these hour long videos. And the mod looks great! What do you play on? I’ve been struggling to get CK3 AGOT to run ever since the Roads to Power update. I can get to the main screen but as soon as I select a character, it crashes while trying to load the map. I’m really at a loss of what to do. I don’t play it with any other sub mods and I’ve tried playing it on the lowest possible settings. I even tried downloading their “mini” and “potato” versions of the mod but no luck. The only thing that has worked is deleting the mod files and doing a fresh install - but it will only run the first time I open the mod, and after that goes back to crashing. If anybody has any advice or tips, I would really appreciate some outside advice.

Your struggle is pretty universal and is sadly not something I can assist with. It seems to be that whatever happened with RtP and the dragon update made AGOT way more performance heavy.

Why didn't you give that land to your other brother instead of making that brother even stronger and potentially a threat to yourself? Plus, do you want to stick to equal succession or change to male-preference succession? And for goodness sake, at least wait until your children receive their childhood trait at age 3 before you choose an education focus for them. Btw, Mya wasn't shown because you were looking at Cersei and Cersei is not Mya's mother. And out your steward to develop county where you are rebuilding Oldstones, then that will go quicker then those was it 13 years.

Change the succession law to male preference please. Its much more historical. Also if you can do recruit Tyrion and push his claim. Show that Tywin who is boss
