Protien rich food expensive hunu ko pani karan cha and that's it benefit for our health. Protien nai khanu parcha bhani hudaina have fiber rich food vegetables abit of Protien every day reduce carbs from your diet

@@bhuntaali7392 I take paneer, tofu, egg and occasionally meat at night - paneer 1 kg ko lagvag 1,000 parcha vegetable le vok shanta nahune rai cha and morning ma ek choti bhaat and intermittent fasting pani garchu and tei pani weight gain vai ra cha. One time I only ate meat and vegetables and reduced weight to 68 and now I am gaining weight after eating bhaat at one time a day also. I do 3-4 surya namaskar ko exercise 4 times a week.
