The one critical thing you dont show is barbell shouler press.. is that even possible without smashing to the top bar. Its interesting how this rack lacks the back front barbell catches and safety so youre left either doing barbell shoulder press off the floor, which you dont need to buy this machine for, or xable shoulder press

@ this video is more of just an ad I did for Ritkeep. As well as an introduction of the brand and a start to our working relationship. A promotional video was all that was agreed upon. Going forward, I asked if they would allow me to simply review the next one. And they said yes.
