Thank you all for showing how to do the basics. I just came out of being in bed in my house for 3 years due to illness (sudden onset seizures) and Covid 2020/2021. Not everyone has good enough insurance for PT. Thankfully I had to walk my dog every day. I think that may have helped too. Im back up to hiking 3 miles at a time now. I really think your videos have helped. I appreciate it! -Melanie

I would highly recommend going for a short walk before doing any stretching especially if you have spine issues.

I work out and stretch everyday consistently. It's almost a religious practice for me. Recently tweaked my low back and none of my stretches have done much to help, but that low chair stretch did it! Thank you! So glad i clicked on this video! ❤

Thank you. I'm a Surviver of Domestic Violence Cases from Covidd and went down with Depression. I have alot of old physical injuries head to toe. Was away for awhile on DV no correct food choices no gym exercises avail moving around alot whacked on the weight. Piecing my life back slowly gaining confidence these exercises are great and very helpful for my shoulders and upper thoracic. Im very grateful and appreciative.

Thank you WeShape Whenever I’m at work and I’m going feeling any discomfort in my body, I would walk away for 5 to 10 minutes alone and do your stretch and I don’t need to take that Tylenol ES, 🤩 never know it would work. Mind you, I had to share it with my co-workers. Working in the healthcare industry is doing terrible job on most of our bodies now, but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you and continue to do your best!!

I like the fact that you show some of your exercises not wearing the shoes, which is clean and I ca do it whenever I want without having to wear the the shoes at the convenience of my home.Thank you .

Oh boy, this is great information. I messed up my QL. I have a good chiro, but I have to stay functioning to keep my home chores up. I spent 3 years on my hiney in an easy chair after I face planted on concrete and broke my face. At 65 that's no good. Little by little I'm working back up to my abilities. Thank you.

Thanks for simple stretches that can be done so easily. I really appreciate you talking about breathing in and out because I know that is important and I always wonder when to breathe in and out! Sometimes I tend to hold my breath and I know that should not be done. Now to check out your strengthening core videos! Thanks again!

Stretching using a chair with proper hand positioning - Place hands on chair with thumbs towards the sky to stretch through the torso - Softening knees and breathing deeply while driving chest towards ground for a good stretch Stretch to improve posture and loosen chest and shoulder muscles. - To stretch the hamstrings, use your body weight by leaning into the stretch. - Use a towel to stretch the hamstrings while lying in bed. Ensure hips and shoulder blades are positioned correctly during the stretch. - Make sure your hips are touching the ground and your shoulder blades are down and relaxed. - Take a big breath in to activate the hamstring and then exhale to stretch a little deeper. Stretch every day for better sleep and start your day great. - Seated straddle stretch helps loosen tight groin muscles. - Use pillows under your butt if needed to straighten your spine in this position. Practice stretching throughout the day to loosen up muscles and improve flexibility. - Attempt the stretch for at least one minute, gradually increasing duration to 90 seconds or longer to target the groin and hip muscles. - Consider incorporating the personalized follow-along workout offered at wesshape.com to best align with your individual fitness goals and capabilities. Stretch your shoulders and open up your chest for better posture and flexibility. - Sit in a seated position and turn your fingertips backwards behind you, lift your chest towards the sky to feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders. - For a more challenging stretch, scoot your body away from your shoulders while keeping them back and down to intensify the stretch. Stretching improves posture, loosens chest and shoulders, and makes you feel better. - Focus on lifting the chest while breathing deeply. - Hold the stretch for 30 seconds to 2 minutes daily to see improvement.

These are really good. I'm getting a lot of benefit in a short amount of time. If I can take 5 minutes and increase my flexibility and make myself feel better substantially better, it is a good deal in my book.

Just wanted to let you know these stretches come with a side effect: from the first day , especially doing the hip opener, it helped me getting more regular at # 2! Who would have thought, it was connected! Thank you! 😮😂❤

Just doing these exercises ONE time has made my lower back pain go away. I've been to weeks of physical therapy and medical massage, which only seemed to aggravate the problem. Thank you! I plan to continue so I can get my life back after long-Covid.

Hello. I had a total ( rigt) hip replacement four months ago, and i know my inner thighs, and the right side of my back are stiff, even shotened. Do you think I would be able to do these exercises ? (I've been doing the prescribed exercises, and walking well now, two miles, up and down etc and am healing well ). Thank you
