The Ustadh mentioned in a later lesson that this narration, was not narrated in Bukhari, but it was Sahih, and the Ustadh mentioned that alhamdulillah the shaahid is that it (the narration of Mujaahid) is still sahih

JazakAllah khair Shaikh! May Allah bless you and your family (1) Whoever does a deed without having Ikhlas falls into Shirk (which is rejected) (2) Whoever does a deed which is not in accordance with the way of the Prophet ﷺ falls into Bidah (Which is also rejected) Both are worse than major sins.
