Wow brendan! One time i saw this guy walking down the street playing guitar and drumming at the same time with a backpack drum set. He was singing that one song by chumbawumba tubthumping and had about 20 chicks following him in a flying v pattern singing backup. Safe to say brendan is a celebrity. He also owns a large chain of chicken restaurants down in Arizona.

What I appreciate most about these videos is the focus on what good form feels like, not just what it looks like. I mean, yeah, I can video myself and analyze it, but that's a tedious back and forth. Knowing which muscles should be doing what and when... I can feel that feedback in real time (and later in soreness!). Very helpful, thank you.

I agree Filming is a brutal process that sort of takes the fun out of feild work. I know…I filmed myself every day for a year. I will keep trying to improve my content. Thank you for watching!

I really like these types of videos. I have watched all your content and for whatever reason this video resonated with me the most and I actually feel like I am starting to get it. Can I add.... Bravo to your students who are brave enough to put their bad form and mistakes on the internet so we can all learn together. Keep it coming.

Thanks for your willingness to go through the process on Camera - I learned a LOT from watching YOU try the moves - and I see my own problems (especially in coming over the top) in your instinctive responses.

Wow i met this guy years back at a summer party. He and i took tons of shots together and ended up jamming in our underwear in front of hundreds of people. One of the best memories i have. To clarify jamming means shredding tasty jams on guitars not doing nothing weird in our underwear. The whiskey alcohol always makes country boys do wild party things

I'm all over the place in form, and I tend to do my own thing and just find the feel, but I have to say this. Thanks for many of your videos that put me on track faster. I still consider myself a beginner, but in many ways I am ripping like a goddamn pro. Except for horrible control and severe form issues.🤣 If you look at my standstill short videos, I push hard from the back leg, but in the x step I plant different. Is it possible that the front leg/back leg debate are both wrong and correct at the same time? I've also stopped throwing my arm so violently, although, your noodle arm tip really helped out in the beginning. It was fundamental actually. I'm ripping it like crazy for a 42 year old beginner, but I honestly don't feel I'm at maximum. There is so much to clean up. Anyway... Thanks for all the great videos. You have definitely been a great contribution to the discgolf scene with your style and your passion. ❤

Coach T - question - I was surprised in your initial set up that you had him put his feet parallel - toes at the line - instead of heel to toe. I thought staggering a little allows you to not throw around the body. I could be seeing it wrong, but it seems like, at 6.27 and other places where u demonstrate, you set your legs/feet up in more of a stagger than straight line. Thoughts? 6:27

Great question. I’m working on a video response to this now. Standby
@davefournier91356 ай бұрын
Looking at the rest of the video, I see that you do have him in the heel to toe stagger, so maybe the original set up was just for that one exercise?
