Girlfriend I don’t know who dude is but doing clean and jerks without a belt and bad form is going to screw you up later. When you get a little older stuff like form is going to be paramount. Lighter weight, better form. The same goes to boxing. Don’t worry about speed and power. That will come. Form, form, form.

True, so glad she joined the PI, she needs true professionals in her life, sounds like she has been hold back by stupid and unprofessional people so far, even so that it f... up here metabolism. Hope she does the right thing even if it is hard when are that young and need guidance to make the right choices and be the best you can be..this guy though??its hard to say from a few minutes, but a personal trainer that needs to wear a hoodie inside the gym and provides a workout that seems very amatureish especially for a high level athlete like Maycee don`t look good
