I don’t mean to be depressing but I’ll be honest. My grandmother passed Wednesday and since I heard the news I’ve rewatched this whole series. From the bottom of my heart thank you Fooster. Your videos and voice have been a shining light in these dark days. I came home tonight to get ready for her funeral tomorrow and when I saw you had posted my face lit up. I’ve never been one to post about these type of things or even tell my friends for that matter but I just wanted you to know you touch people’s lives all over the world. I know my problems are pretty menial compared to some others but I can only speak for myself. Thank you for everything that you do. I wish you the best! This series reminds me of how much fun I had playing this a couple of years ago, but saves me the hours and hours (and hours) of *grinding* required to max out Max. But yeah, Remedy did a great job porting over the combat system from their Batman games. It's simple, but visceral.

If anyone is watching this in the future, you get the scrap during the dust storms by hitting the boxes with the harpoon and then running up on them with Max and kicking them open. If you're quick you can get near 2000 scrap per storm with some upgrades into his Griffa points.

Im loving this series, btw theres a dlc that not many people know about for this game its called the ripper dlc it gives you a exclusive car body wich is based off the pontiac gto 1967 and some hood ordinamants with boosts also you can harpoon the scrap boxes in the storms

Howdy fooster you can harpoon the boxes in the storm and hit them with the car when they stop moving after harpooning them and they give 300 scrap per box just try and park your car in front of the scrap on the ground so you don’t get hit by the panels flying around in the sand storm much love bro ❤️

Good luck with the last episode! (P.S. - You were asking about how to get the loot boxes during the thunder storms. Find them on the mini map, harpoon them, pull them behind a wall or some other shelter, exit the car and loot the box. Just be careful so the parts don't fly away in the wind. Happy hunting.)

Loving the series so far this games so good! Also btw you can upgrade the strongholds by building those outlined transparent buildings in the stronghold they give you full water, ammo, fills your fuel and health everytine you go to said stronghold theres even a clean up crew that collects scrap from destoryed vehicles so you don't have to get outta your vehicle to collect scrap every time you destory one its super useful :)

Fooster, if you have not realised it yet. You can harpoon and tear off the wheel from a attacking vehicle, thus disabling it immediately. This is helpful when you come up against multiple enemies at a time. Keep up your great work, and as always I love these long episodes.

Fooster to get the scrap in the storms, you need to harpoon them and drag it to either somewhere sheltered so you don't get hit or tow it till the storm passes. Also, getting all the projects done in each area and completing the camps helps you a lot.
