Last I heard he is around 281 pounds lean, probably around 12.5% body fat. The Rock is 48 years old, I don’t think he’ll be this large much longer. I think when he’s around 52-55 years old, he’ll drop down to a very lean 250-255 pounds & will be around 10.5%-11.5% body fat. 😎
