Ever since Cena notice Rock doesn't do back and forth promos 💀 He can't bare the thought of getting roasted without a rebuttal so he does these diss track type promos Unless it's a complete hack on the mic like Theory. Then he just buries him. This is why he only had a 3 minute promo with Punk

Austin and KO etc Rocks like last 10 returns were all surprises and burying mid carders dating back to burying DBry. Did it to Corbin. Theory,Wyatt Family etc He just seemed to change his tactics ever since Cena faced him on the mic. He did a small punk stunt I agree with the Hollywood take but I still think he could have had one or two fair freestyle promos instead of seemingly hiding and responding with an IG vid I also understand they need to keep them somewhat separated before WrestleMania but again it seeming more like a pattern with the rock in my opinion.
