I'm a convert from Southern Baptist to the Church, the TRUE Church. I am being condemned by my mother and other family members, who are devout Baptists. They accuse me of worshipping Mary and the Saints. They say that the Catholic Church is based on lies. I have to father my heart. God called me to the Church. Please pray for me. My daughter has followed me. My husband and son have lost faith. I have been praying for them. I gave them Rosaries which they accepted. My mother would not take the Rosary I got for her. She is 84 and I would love for God to speak to her.

You were the bridge that the Holy Spirit used to connected me to my new dad Joseph of Nazareth. I called out to him in my moment of being spiritually attacked and he came to save me. Then as a good father he started to show me what parts of my life needed to be taken out by the root so that we can make space. Then he help me set the foundations of God's order to every part of my life. During our work together, you were one of his favorite tools in his shed.

My father Joseph has helped discern that it is now time for me to search for a spiritual director to help me move forward with the plan God has for me. I've been in search of someone who can help me, a son who our father Joseph has adopted and is working close with. Unfortunately I have not found anyone in my local parish (Denver) and my pastor gave me a general list of ministries but with no knowledge of which practice consecration to St Joseph. Thank you Fr Chris. I have learnt and understand my faith more. I became Catholic in 96 but stayed away most times. About 10 yrs ago, I had communion, and it melted, flooding my mouth. My description was as sweet as honey. I told my priest and he told me that the only place mentioned in the Bible is in Ezekiel, which I am reading now. At Easter 2024, I missed the whole Easter week bc of cataract surgery. When I was well enough to drive and attend Mass, I took the host and it was bittersweet, tasted sweetness, and sour. Not sure what this means. Amen, give praise to God, my Farher. Amen

Don't stop praying for the conversion/reversion of our prodigal children! My mom, who had a wonderful/lifelong devotion to our Bleesed Mother never ceased praying daily for me to return to the Catholic Church! I spent 35 years as a staunch Protestant, including several years as a Calvinist/Reformed Presbyterian..and sadly, I was very anti Catholic! But praise God I reverted back to my Catholic faith this past Easter! Thank you Fr. Chris!! In an age where so much deceit and misinformation is about its refreshing to come to a truthful teaching. I've fallen into the lies before ( and I went to catholic school for 12 years) and only by the grace of God have been brought back to the truth. Some teachings from protestant just never sit right in your soul and then you know. Like their teachings on Mary, or catholics in Idol worship. Ignore the haters Father. I am thankful to be part of a beautiful parish, but being part of the Marian family is such a treasured part of my life. I pray for all of you daily. I will continue to pray for your mother Fr.
