One of my best friends is ethnically Eastern European (Mum and Dad from Hungary and Poland, he’s lived in the UK since he was born) We went out for the day drinking. The amount of alcohol he consumed was insane. He’s about 5’8” and has a low body fat percentage as he’s a bodybuilder. We drank from roughly 12pm to 12am, and in that time I saw him drink 2 litre bottles of vodka, and lost count of the pints of beer he drank. It must’ve been between 15-20 pints. He was very drunk, but he didn’t even vomit. The only thing I saw him eat was a pack of fucking turkey meat. The amount of alcohol Eastern Europeans can drink is no joke lol. If that was me, and I’m a bigger guy, I probably would’ve died from alcohol poisoning.

@ПростоENG Culture plays a big part, of course. But to completely ignore genetics is foolish. If top athletes in any sport train roughly the same amount, then the remaining differences in their results can be attributed to genetics. There’s a reason that West Africans and their descendants are dominant in explosive and strength based sports. They don’t have the same financial opportunity as their white counterparts, but their athletic advantage more than overcompensates for that. And at the elite levels, these differences are magnified even higher when everyone has access to the same training facilities and technology.

And ideology is impossible for anyone to analyse rationally who remains trapped on its terrain." "Nothing handed down from the past could keep race alive if we did not constantly reinvent and re-ritualize it to fit our own terrain. If race lives on today, it can do so only because we continue to create and re-create it in our social life, continue to verify it, and thus continue to need a social vocabulary that will allow us to make sense, not of what our ancestors did then, but of what we ourselves choose to do now." Latinos dominate Boxing, MMA, and Soccer and many Mexican fighters have exceptional cardio and thrive in durability due to their bone structure. Many are knockout artists too. Some great Mexican athletes include Julio César Chávez, Andy Ruiz Jr, Cain Velasquez, Nick and Nate Diaz, and Ismael Martinez. Latin America is pretty mixed so you get mixed African and European in some countries like Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Other countries are majority Native American (Bolivia, Guatemala, and Peru). Being an Asian male starting out my bodybuilding journey, I've always been dealt with the same stereotype that Asians are weaker due to smaller muscle size but ever since I started doing more research I am actually quite proud to learn that strength is nonlinear and not a direct correlation to muscle size. It makes me actually happier knowingly that I can maintain an "ecto-mesomorph physique" while having strength levels that seem impossible at such a lean size. It's not exclusively an Asian thing but a large majority of Asians(Mainly east Asian) are like this. There are more in-depth data to explain this phenomenon but the main conclusion is that East Asians are really good with raw strength/power and it has more to do with the genetic makeup of the muscles than the actual size of the muscle.

The video isn't accurate... Asians are the smallest race. This is why they're so many Asian powerlifters winning in the lightest weight classes. A factor you may be leaving out in terms of combat sports is that impoverished athletes tend to develop an unbeatable work ethic. All of Francis's trainers say he is the hardest working fighter they have ever seen. Floyd Mayweather too grew up very poor and developed an insane work ethic. You can say the same about athletes of any skin color such as khabib, rocky marciano, etc. One of the things I love about combat sports is that you do not have to be insanely athletically gifted. Hardwork alone can make you a world champ.

Yes, Pacquiao, Pelé, Lebron, and many great athletes grew up poor. If you need to really excel to not die in poverty, you need excellent work ethic and dedication to do so.
@user-sg8kq7ii3y Жыл бұрын
This assumption is false, false, false, but many people think it's true. It just seems that way because poor people often don't have any other choices, so they tend to gravitate towards sports because anyone can play sports for free at a public high school. People with money have choices, so they can go and do other things. If I come from a family with money, then why in God's name would I want to become a boxer, where I'd have to get punched in the head and get brain damage just to make a living? I could go to college and become an electrical engineer instead. If your theory were correct, then wouldn't ALL poor people become great athletes? And if being poor makes one's work ethic better and make one more "hungry" for success, then would the poorer you are make you work even HARDER? There are millions of people in the Philippines who are even much poorer than Manny Pacquiao, yet how come all of them didn't become great boxers like he did? In ancient times, the warriors were from the upper class - knights, Samurai, etc., were from the rich class, while the poor people were the farmers. And the poor people produced food for the rich, and, in turn, the rich - the Kings, Queens, and their knights, collected taxes from the poor in exchange for protection from enemies. You want to know the reality of this world? It's the RICH people who help the poor people. It's the rich countries like the United States that send food and medicine to the poor countries in South East Asia and Africa. It's the filthy rich people like Bill Gates, who donates billions of dollars to help with world hunger and to help build schools in poor countries.
@louiswestra8403 Жыл бұрын
@C I agree wholeheartedly with your first two paragraphs. However, I don't really get what your next paragraphs have to do with this. The statement that rich people give more aid than poor people is quite obvious, but how is it relevant? The "rich" (western colonisers) took the money and wealth of the now poor (indigenous) people. So?
@josea1707 Жыл бұрын
@@user-sg8kq7ii3y you had the right frame of mind at first and then went the complete opposite direction lol. The rich are the people who keep the poor hungry, the rich countries and billionaires wouldn't need to send any aide if they weren't rich in the first place and resources were equally distributed. Who stops resources from being equally distributed? The immensely greedy rich who like to pretend to help the poor. If anyone tells you different, they were most likely poor and luckily found a way out (whether it be work ethic or circumstantial) or they're in the upper middle class or richer. In reality it was more of the fact we got lucky that europe is where it is located and that we had so many wars that improved our fighting prowess and technology. As for his europe section I do not think hes being racist. Just not clear enough. And what he says is true that whites/westerners have a shit ton of wealth on average and that will dictate a lot of our focus. You need Gyms to become power lifters, you need pools to swim ect. Now, he should have added that this is one many reasons why whites dominate those activities. The other part is we have the genetics to as he explains in another section. Ask yourself why whites are so under-represented in combat sports. Its a money thing. Most people willing to damage themselves have no other financial means to escape poverty. While UFC is more of a culture thing as whites tend to fair just as well as blacks/hispanics. UFC is also very low pay and the athletes are not doing it just for a paycheck. So yes, money plays a factor into what sports we chose to participate in, but it is not the reason for our strong showing in those sports. He may not be answering you because he is busy. IDK. @Angela Bronckhurst I don’t entirely get this. Racist people always acknowledged genetic superiority, look no further than Jessie Owens and Jackie Robinson. As far as the rest, I’m not sure you could consider those categories “dominated” because the first mathematics and code of law all came from Africa well before any established European and possibly Asian civilization. And then nation building I think is a bit of a reach of a premise, unless I’m missing something, that is supposed to support your insinuated claim that Asians and Europeans are genetically smarter. A lot goes into nation building. A large reason why Europe progressed the way they did was because they were constantly at war with eachother and because they had access to animals that could do work for them. Much of Europes success has to do with circumstances and necessity. For example the United States has the largest, most advanced Navy in the world out of a necessity based on the geographic circumstance despite the fact that China has far more students of “high intelligence” in the country.
@AR-qo4zz2 жыл бұрын
@Angela Bronckhurst You were reaching some sort of point but you spun at the last corner of the last lap. There's no gene that controls your IQ, theres no gene for nation building, all the things you stated in favour of white people aren't in favour of them due to them simply lacking melanin, which is a skin pigment and has nothing to do with how your brain functions. Correlation and causation play into great effect here. Woke people ignoring genetic advantage is laughable but trying to surmise that black people are somehow inherently worse off at building nations or are dumber due to their race or genetics is racist. If you hate one extreme, don't play into the other.

@Angela Bronckhurst I wish you kept your points to our discussion without adding long rants about cancel culture and liberals. Those neither add nor frankly matter to what we're trying to get at. Now let's get back to our conversation. You brought up the MCPH1 gene as a indicator of intelligence, which is provable through IQ tests. This is according to the science you firmly stand behind and lament the liberals for ignoring. Yet you failed to point out that "modern distributions of chromosomes bearing the ancestral forms of MCPH1 and ASPM showed neither microcephalin or ASPM had any significant effect on IQ". This shows that this gene isn't the reason why African people are somehow dumbier and score lower on IQ scores than the rest of the world, so using it as a justification or proof of superior intelligence and higher IQ is a horrible stretch to say the least. So here's where we get at the point I'm trying to make. Personally, using IQ tests to prove intelligence is moronic as they dont take into account the plethora of reason as to why someone would be less intelligent than another. You also didn't provide a rebuttal when it comes to your nation building and scientific dominance comment which @Frenando Harris II debunked beautifully because its blind to the history and scientific contributions of the people you are trying to put down as the first mathematics and code of law all came from Africa well before any established European and possibly Asian civilization as mentioned previously by @Frenando Harris II. As an Aussie and growing up with indigenous kids (aboriginals) i can tell you that they are incredibly gifted at sport. They have skinny legs like a gazelle and can jump high and run fast. But they dont have the type 1 muscle fibres like a black guy in the US. But they are increibly skilled. When they play aussie rules footy its insane the skill and accuracy have. We joke when watching footy, you see an aboriginal do things that white guys just cant do. Theyre often the small forwards that can pick a ball up on the fly, and on the boot snap from an insane angle and score a goal. Or jump on a bigger guys back and launch in the air to mark a ball. In boxing theyre fast as well although known to have weak chins often. Theyre skills dont translate internationally as they prefer aussie sports, apart from Patty Mills etc.

When I was in Darwin a few years ago I visited the Tiwi Islands which has an almost entirely indigenous population, and despite having only 2500 people they've had a ton of guys in the AFL. I looked at their website and they've had three Norm Smith Medallists (best player in a grand final) just from their Pirlangimpi community, which has 350 people. It's insane how dominant small communities can be when they combine great genetics with such a strong sporting culture.

he made the mistake of falling into the ideology of racism. it went over his head when making this video. race doesnt exist. "When virtually the whole of a society, including supposedly thoughtful, educated, intelligent persons, commits itself to belief in propositions that collapse into absurdity upon the slightest examination, the reason is not hallucination or delusion or even simple hypocrisy; rather, it is ideology. And ideology is impossible for anyone to analyse rationally who remains trapped on its terrain." "Nothing handed down from the past could keep race alive if we did not constantly reinvent and re-ritualize it to fit our own terrain. If race lives on today, it can do so only because we continue to create and re-create it in our social life, continue to verify it, and thus continue to need a social vocabulary that will allow us to make sense, not of what our ancestors did then, but of what we ourselves choose to do now." My friend u seem to be an exception to the rule. Most Scandinavians are built with long torsos and shorter limbs. We still quite tall and have been quite tall historically ever since the stone age as we didnt fully adapt neolithic culture (wich is the farming culture that resulted in lower heights of europeans for several thousands of years ) and we stayed hunter gatherers up untill the end of the viking age with much less farms present than you would expect anywhere else in Europe. Meaning we still got a higher bone density and even different skulls from the rest of Europe. It's not that the rest of Europe has bad genetics its purely cause they have had worse diets from the time of the end of the hunter gatherer times to the start of the modern height increase. Wich also means Scandinavians and North Europeans have more European hunger gatherer genetics than anywhere else. These hunter gatherers were notoriously once called a subspecies of homo sapiens (cro magnon) but recent studies show they are almost completely indifferent from modern people in scandinavia and around the baltic sea. These are also the people that gave rise to blonde and red hair as well as blue eyes in Europe wich is why its most present in Northern Europe.. As an anthropologist and a scandinavian myself I thought I'd share a bit about our ancestry so that you can get a better picture of why we have the advantages that we do. We are highly made up of hunter gatherer genetics from a people thar competed with modern height and sizes as well as being more confrontational in hunting like neaderthals but also having more robust skeletons with wider hips and wider shoulders. Terrible for hunting in plains but perfect in tight forests on islands in the north and mainland scandinavia

I think one of the biggest factors has been due to the "easier" lives that white people have usually enjoyed compared to the "harder" lives that black people have endured, ON AVERAGE. I think that when people live in constant comfort they begin to decline physically/genetically. Its actually one of the biggest reasons why "depression" and drug abuse are running rampant today, because people have become obsessed with seeking out instant gratification above all else, and they have VERY easy access to it. When you live that way, your brain chemistry changes and your brain develops a tolerance to dopamine and other "happy chemicals" that your body releases. There have been studies that the average testosterone levels in men have been on a decline for decades, averaging a drop of about 1% per year in the average male. Most of this is due to our lifestyles that have become way too comfortable, along with the fact that men have been feminized beyond belief. This is where race begins to play a role in another way as well, culture. Much of black culture, especially black urban culture, is hyper-masculine, with a very intense focus put on physicality, the ability to sleep with as many females as possible, and huge egos (fighting people for reasons that many other people would consider not worth fighting over, needing the flashiest things, needing to act "hard" all the time, etc). At the end of the day I think these factors all result in black people having higher levels of testosterone compared to other races; this also applies to females as well. FYI: Absolutely NO part of this is intended to be racist in any way whatsoever. If anyones chooses to interpret it that way, you are in the wrong. I am simply making observations and attempting to form logical conclusions based off of those observations.

Lord Jesus Christ is coming back everyone, please don’t worship celebrities and entertainment, focus on Him alone. I promise there’s more to life than money, partying, homosexuality and music. Hell is real, repent from sinning confess your sins and ask God to forgive you, I know He will if you’re sincere. Anyone who thinks the Name of Lord Jesus Christ is a joke, boldly mocks and scorns Him or takes pleasure in people who do is in for a big unpleasant surprise on judgement day IF they don’t repent and follow Lord Jesus Christ. Hell is very hot, people please repent! In the mighty name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen 🙏💪✝️💜❤️✝️! Idolatry such as, Islam, Catholicism, Sangomaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Santa Clausism, Confucianism, New Age, Science, Evolution, halloweenism, Harry Potterism, Politics, Donald Trumpism, Easter Bunnyism and other religions/faiths that are outside Biblical Christianity lead to hell! Don’t believe them, believe the Almighty God the Father of Lord Jesus Christ, who begot Him. Our Creator, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is mighty, He doesn’t need a woman to beget a son, He is God. I choose to put my faith in a God who can do anything and everything, a God who has unlimited and infinite power to beget! So, it’s time to confess that Lord Jesus Christ is the Lord and to believe that He died and rose from the grave after three days and you shall be saved if you only obey Him by praying, worshipping, praising, reading the Bible and living holy and righteously according to the Bible. You have to endure until the end, carry your cross daily and build your relationship with God by following Lord Jesus daily until the end. You must never renounce your faith in The Lord Jesus Christ, there’s hell awaiting those who reject/deny Lord Jesus Christ and those who continue living sinfully, even the Christians who don’t want to repent will face the same fate, so please repent beloved people, in Lord Jesus Christ’s mighty and precious Name, Amen.

This was a good and well researched video. To add to that, I think something could have been said about differences in Caucasians between the Mediterranean/western European and the Slavic/northeastern Europeans. There are very distinct reasons why at the highest tiers of weightlifting sports the northeastern europeans and their American descendants are dominant and you don't see a lot of Spaniards and Italians.
@TheGossipGays Жыл бұрын
I wish we could stop saying 'white people' I think there is more difference. Like he mentioned the different groups of black and asians, (and russians), I think it would be great if we started using more nuance like, nordic, eastern southern and slavic. because really, there are no black people or white people. there should be better words. ethnicity exists, but race is doesn't.
@simonestreeter1518 Жыл бұрын
Well, there are indeed black people and white people, but as you rightly point out, there are many significant differences among each group. Many people just don't care, if it is not their group, which is perfectly normal, and certainly allowed. If racism is being more interested in your own race, I think it's only natural. Supremacy, as he points out, is another thing altogether.@@TheGossipGays

But in contrast contact sports in northern Europe suck, such as rugby for example: while France is the best in the continent, then the British isles and then Italy, Portugal and Spain. Then Belgium and only then northern countries. Also applies to boxing and athletics, where Italy was the best in Europe at the Olympics winning both the gold in the 100m, the high jump and the 400 relays

Really appreciate you for this video brother. As a Nigerian and Ghanaian descendant born in Europe, I have to say that I might have good genetics in certain aspects but that doesn't limit me from working harder in things I might not be good at. This video was really informative showing both advantages and disadvantages that each group has. As illustrated in the video being specifically "black" doesn't mean you specifically excel in everything and the same goes for each group. No race is superior. This video should really reach out to millions of people for how detailed it is. In the end, African, Asian, White etc doesn't mean anything, just get out there, work your ass off for what you want and move on without searching for excuses and feeling sorry for yourself. We are all on a journey and there's no time for Hate, Envy etc. "If you complain, you stay the same" and THAT'S FACTS!

he made the mistake of falling into the ideology of racism. it went over his head when making this video. race doesnt exist. If race lives on today, it can do so only because we continue to create and re-create it in our social life, continue to verify it, and thus continue to need a social vocabulary that will allow us to make sense, not of what our ancestors did then, but of what we ourselves choose to do now." He is simply re-creating race in a need to understand reality. But race doesn't exist in the first place. He is literally supposing witchcraft here.

@@cristianshearer4657 the fact that the "sun never set on the British empire" at one point demonstrates his dismissive ignorance about a warrior culture that had a combined history influenced by warrior cultures that were Germanic ( Anglo Saxons), Celtic, Roman, and other Scandinavian incursions; reveals his bias. The English empire surpassed even the Mongols in size and scope, with colonization and the consolidation of so many global resources. Now of course there were many wrongs committed, but they would not have accomplished so much effective control over other cultures without being inventive and coordinated fighters. He basically dumbed down his presentation ( which I overall liked ) to Western nations having "white privilege" which is absurd. Clearly there are racial tendencies rooted in the conditions and climates or geography of one's ancestors that allow for survival in those locales. We can simply think of human beings as being "customized" for their ancestral environments.

I was trying to explain the exact same point to a friend. He doesn't get it at all. He argues that if he trains for a 100m sprint his body will develop more for the sprinter type of body and he will become a world top sprinter just like that. He thinks that all people are born the same (like a default character in a game) and then you start building from there. I want to add also that my friend is not athletic, around my height (which is not much) and his legs and arms are not long (he's avg at most). He claiming that he can sprint as fast as Usain Bolt if he trains for 100m sprints is just ridiculous.
