The good thing about shipt is u can review the items and it allows u to actually click on the directions and see the mileage of the delivery. I do that all the time and if the miles are not equal to the pay I'm not doing it

I love doing shipt. It took me a while to realize that the customers want that open line of communication. Most respond very quickly but are very needy 😂. The 2 one star ratings I go were customers that didn’t respond. Bottom line…unlike DoorDash these customers want to be bothered with messages and substitution recommendations. Keep the content coming.

I have done a few Lowes orders. Sometimes trying to find the plants they request can be challenging especially with Instacart giving you a time frame. So glad to see your back at it. Happy New Years!

I just started Shipt 2 weeks ago. I learned quickly from a 2 point satisfaction rate to keep in touch with the customer the whole order and to ask what they would like substituted before I just choose something. If they don’t get back to me I will use my best judgement

That was an amazing shift just started doing shipt definitely get discouraged by the upfront price without tip but after seeing you guys got that $40 tip definitely motivation love the vids keep them coming 🙂

You do have to keep in touch with the customer. Even if they don’t respond, it shows Shipt that you did your part, then if they say poor communication it’s on them.

Shipt is good if u got a.market that really uses shipt. My market does not use shipt a lot unless I want to drive 35 minutes away and then all those deliveries end up being many miles in a rural area. So my shipt shopping is.very limited sometimes

I’ve been doing Shipt for 9+ yrs, if you get a 4 or below you can apply for ratings forgiveness. They’ll check all your shops and see if it was deserved or not. If they don’t think you deserved it they’ll remove it. You can have 1 bad rating and it doesn’t count against you.

Nope and No Way. I worked Order Fulfillmen/ Deliveries... Both Home Depot and Lowe's. ..don't do it.....EVER. I was Lumber Receiving Lowe's By Myself Overnight....Don't Ever Take Those. No Associate Will Help You
