My dad is African American would have this playing in our house and my aunt had her little dance moves she'd do to this song. This song made it onto the R&B charts so black radio had this song in rotation. To this day this song hits hard. There were quite a few white artist that crossed over to R&B and David Bowie's song "Fame" was one. But of Course The Doobie Brothers, Leo Sayer, and others were rock pop R-B infused so our home was filled with all types of musical genres.

It's one of the best, but this came after the Golden Age of the Rolling Stones had ended, and with classics like "Gimme Shelter", "Can't you Hear me Knocking","Sympathy for the Devil" and "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" it's tough for this track to compete with some of their other greatest hits, but that's just my opinion.
