He's done everything, he's played beautifully for decades and we all forgive him for the lack of quality today, but due to his arthritis I guess he can't do much more. Even if he said it doesn't hurt it probably doesn't allow him to do what he used to. Concluding, long live Keith, he can still write the best rock tunes of them all! ❤

It happens anytime. I lost two classmates to motorcycle accidents while I was in high school. Some died in car accidents and more motorcycle accidents during college years. Another died of cancer at age 32.

@@scottburns2600 actually it'll probably be Mick at being the last one to pass away being how he workouts religiously and eats. I'm worried about Ronnie being Wood was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017, necessitating the partial removal of his lung. He said he refused chemotherapy because he did not want to lose his hair. Then just this year in April 2021, Wood announced that he had been diagnosed with a small-cell cancer yet now he had been deemed "all-clear" by his doctors following treatment. Enjoy LIFE while it last. RIP Charlie.

I don’t think they will carry on. They might complete this leg, but then call it a day. Both Mick and Keith have said as much previously. A large part of me want it to end now. How many replacements will it take? A new “Mick”, “ Ronnie”, or “Keith”? I mean they MUST have discussed it. Charlie wasn’t just an integral part of the band, he’s been a good friend for nearly 60 years.

Very true. They must stop now because, sadly, the "engine" died. Keith and Charlie together are the musical soul of the Stones. Keith needs Charlie to rock, I guess. I regret not having seen the last tour. I have heard that they could barely hold it together. So it's probably time to stop anyway. Fortunately I have seen them once, back in the 90s. They will be dearly missed!

I saw thier motor yacht in a boat yard in Key West 20 years ago. It looked heavily used, ready for some work, with a helicopter on the roof. It made me smile at the time. It wasn't a perfectly a polished yacht. It looked like it had been around and probly really enjoyed. Don Gibson
