Finally - a beautifully optioned Rolls-Royce Spectre. Majestic single-tone paint color matched to a splendid contrasting light leather & wood interior trim. The Spectre is just long enough to give the fastback roof the acreage to really stretch out. Rolls Royce in the late 1960's had "Cadillac Eldorado Envy", and the failure of the 1975 Camargue to catch on with the public still smarts a little with RR management. The new 2024 Spectre is everything the 1975 Camargue never was - Beautiful. Thank you, Miles. You sure looked at home behind the wheel of that Spectre.

is this a chopped up i7 ? just asking, i know it is. Saw one driving by. Looked superb, but i don't appreciate it being an electric. It's just half of a nice thing. If it were a V12 or V16 that would have been something. Just an i7 coup sold 3 times over.

I think i'm going to stick to my 2015 wraith, like Rolls Royce i'm slow to change. i know a guy that has junked 2 ev's because of batteries, not Rolls Royce though. give me battery replacement for life of ownership and i'll consider a half million dollar car.

The only problem with this car is the front fascia. It’s heavily influenced by the chinese just like the current 7-series. I’m seriously disgusted by it.

You are Driven in a RR... you never drive it. So parking assistance is a moot point unless you are the chauffer who wasnt born in the same century as Alfred.

Incorrect. Rolls-Royce's current ownership data shows more drive themselves than are driven, and in a vehicle like the Spectre, it is far nicer to be sitting in the front than the back.

My Spectre was delivered 2-3 months ago and I can categorically say the competitors you stated are not even close. You sit higher in the Spectre which is something most might not be able to tell unless they've driven it so it feels very different ( to me) from the Bentley which I also have . And my old wraith while we're naming coupes. Additionally, the Spectre is also a lot bigger in person than on camera. I believe it's longer than a Cadillac Escalade to put it into perspective. Long and short is, It's an experience! Great video!

@@MyDogsAwesome I think my Spectre looks better and more imposing than my Wraith and the new tech is definitely a plus. I remember the Wraith's looks growing on me before I bought it which is why mine was the refresh. The headlights on the refresh looked way better. As for the Spectre it was instant - you really have to see it in person. Rolls Royce has an App called Whispers for those who own one so we get to mingle with each other & get invited to events around the world so I got my first look at the private viewing in in Goodwood with a few others before the release and I ordered mine immediately. Also, my Wraith doesn't have carplay which might sound negligent but it can be rather annoying if you're used to having it on other cars. I was told it can be retrofited so I'll look into it when I can be bothered. That said I prefer the Wraiths V12 to the Spectres electricity. Any day. Reviewers who said the wraith was so quiet you couldn't hear anything were all lying lol It's not AMG loud yes but you can still hear a little something which sounds especially great when you step on it. When I floor my Spectre it just sounds like Aliens are on their way to get me. I don't like the weird EV sounds so there's an option to "remove it" and i just drown any other sounds with music. Cabin is pretty insulated & speakers are top tier.

The range doesn't seem that good...I mean you started at 184 mi, and were pushing it, but by the end of the vid you were at 54 mi. Most people probs won't road trip these cars, but still, the V12 will ALWAYS live - RR would not exist without that beast of an engine.

Probably 100% of Rolls owner didn't wanna deal with people asking about their cars at gas stations. This is a better car for them just to keep around near their house area since they only take this for near fancy restaurants.
