This episode was absolutely crazy, I feel so bad for Tim that he now has hardly anyone he can trust to confide in with his issues since Dr. London was just ousted as the mole into Monica's crimes.

Chenford was always coming back. They never stopped loving each other and it's not unusual for shows to temporarily break up major couples in order to progress their story. But all of the foreshadowing around them yells that this is only temporary and that they are still end game.
