I love these video parallels. Even when they hurt, like Chris “accidentally” 😤 singing the worst song ever in front of Lucy… I had a terrible Mother’s Day, but I hope, at the very least, that Lucy and Chris are through as of 4x21. He has been a jerk since the beginning and our sunshine Lucy deserves so much better.

What are you supposed to do, let your cover be completely degraded? By firing as heavily as she was, she was buying herself and that other woman time for backup to arrive. Also, she was taking fire from 3 different people, armed with fully automatic rifles. Trying to hit a target when you are faced with that much flak from the enemy, your lucky to hit just one corner of a window on a broadside of a barn. Also, she was pregnant.

@@DKnight5170 What you're supposed to do is fire when you can see the damn target. I understand about spraying to keep them pinned down. But by doing that, you run out of ammo WAY before backup ever arrives, and it thus becomes pointless. And even if the enemy has auto rifles, that doesn't mean they are constantly firing. There are instances when you can fire without taking incoming fire. The fact that she was taking fire from 3 different people only reinforces point of trying to conserve ammo by only firing when you can actually see the target. And being pregnant has nothing to do with disciplined fire comtrol.

This particular one? Or all of them? This one I combined the three episodes b/c there weren’t that many in each. The general idea of these I started when S4 started. I noticed on a full series rewatch that they like to do a lot of parallels. And I love finding them, so I started making these videos. There are very talented gif makers creating great gif sets on twitter and tumblr, that are making parallels through that form as well.

@@lisarm100 The first one is the dear method is mentioned and they purposely used the same song in both scenes. The second one the “you okay?” Lines parallel each other. The 3rd- both scenes are shoot outs in a parking garage. The 4th- I paralleled Rosalind singing the song to Lucy with Chris singing it. Lucy also refers to that moment in 3x01 earlier in the episode. And the last one- which I love the most, is Lucy using Tim’s words of proof of surviving from 2x12. I love that even tho Tim wasn’t there with her, his presence was felt. His words stayed with her.
