You can exactly hear the moments he stops reading from teleprompter. There is slightly more intonation in his voice, the sentences are less coherent and he talks a bit faster. Since he is a slow reader, he can't talk like that with a teleprompter. He can't give intonation because he is just droning up the sentence without really understanding what he just read. He can't see the dot a couple of words ahead, so he is unable to work towards that.

The worst part is all the republican sectors who blasted him before he was the nominee in 2019. Thank you for a new take on the room next door. I think it's easy to forget that fact checking in real time has become substantially more difficult with certain politicians (particularly the far right) recently than it's been in the past.
