for any of you that don’t know: the rose filed a lawsuit against their company around march to terminate their contract because they haven’t been paid & was overly worked. they posted it all on instagram and it was soon deleted and we haven’t heard anything about it in months. recently an article came out and said they went to court and the request for termination of the contract was denied by the court. the company now says they are trying to settle this in a friendly manner. edit: “black rose” has now been removed from most if not all streaming sources, the video is only available on youtube. 10 month update: woosung has officially mentioned that the rose has left their company!! :D THE ROSE IS REALLY FREE however, this song was not published under the company, so if you can please stream as this may be a way to help them and it’s the least we can do for the boys.

The way they got reated by their old agency is still got me shocked (but now, i think they're still an independent) How does their agency did not paid them for 3 years?! I'm new to The Rose, I mean really new lol 5months into Kdrama, 3months or so fan of BTS and probably just a month that I heard the first song by The Rose and loved it! I love the few songs I've heard so far so just starting to learn more about them. Now question... are they all in the military now? all 4 of them? When I looked up The Rose online it said they're an independent group... wait I'll share it here... "The Rose (더로즈) consists of 4 members: Hajoon, Woosung, Dojoon, and Jaehyung. The band debuted under J&Star Company on August 3rd, 2017 with their single ‘Sorry’. The Rose is currently an independent group following the members’ request of their contract’s termination due to mismanagement." From what you said, I definitely understand the mismanagement! I hope when they're out of the military they either sign up with a decent agency or stay independent... I believe fans can help to some extent making them more popular, but at some point they'll need some help with promotions, etc.

Sophia The other channel and accounts is under their agency. They made new accounts (The Rose Sound) so they still can interact with us. They made this new channel so they can upload this MV. Right now, they’re not yet totally free from the company as the case is still ongoing, and we’re still waiting for official updates from them.

X xt yes you’re right. They have an ongoing lawsuit case with their agency. It got denied days after this song was released. The Rose immediately filed for an appeal. No updates yet. Slowly, Black Rose song was removed from all str34ming platforms except here. Now, 3/4 of the members are now serving in the military. It’s the best decision I guess while still waiting for the court’s final decision. Whatever happens, they’ll come back to us on 2022.

For any of you that doesn’t know: The Rose filed a lawsuit against their company around March to terminate their contract because they haven’t been pained & were overly. They posted it all on Instagram and it was soon deleted and we haven’t heard anything about it in months. Recently an article came out and said that they went to court and the request for termination was denied by the court. The company now say that they are trying to settle this in a friendly manner. The company also blocked this song from some Korean streaming sites:/ However, this song was not published under the company, so if you can please stream as this may be a way to help them and it’s the least we can do for the boys

The Rose filed a lawsuit against their company, J&Star Company a few months ago due to mistreatment claiming they’d been overworked and hadn’t been paid for several years. The Rose left soon after, and have been without a company since then. Later, in an instagram post, they asked Black Rose (their fandom), to wait for them. Dojoon enlisted in the military on 6 June, however The Rose have gotten new social media accounts (you can find them in the comment section of their Kprofile) and they have a new YT channel called The Rose Sound.
