Love that slide guitar. Lends itself to great choreography and liquid movement. Reminiscent of Rye Cooder's unforgettable instrumentation in the 1984 movie Paris Texas. A standing O from California

One thing for sure!❣️ Ballet is beautiful🌠✨💫🌟💐💛💚💙❤️😘😍, it surely keeps people in good shape. There doesn't seem any other option to this hard work.👏👏👏 Edit: wonder , what must be their diet !?
@hellothere97914 жыл бұрын
Betta Splendens dancer diets are mostly calorie rich, vitamin rich, filling foods. Dancers are athletes and we need enough energy to get us through an 8-12 hour day of rehearsals, for professionals at least. Of course the demand for skinny ballet dancers is causing some to starve themselves tho...

Ironically, it's probably because, from an outsider's perspective, they don't seem to be overly preoccupied about diversity (in terms of deliberately excluding or including various ethnicities) - literally the only thing that matters is how good you are. The Royal Ballet has a reputation of being the best ballet company in the UK and one of the best in the world; if you have the ability and skill to prove you belong there, then at that point it really doesn't matter what colour your skin is or where you're from.
@Jayjen354 жыл бұрын
@@overlydramaticpanda True - but there are those that find this problematic. Every now and again you'll find the odd comment stating "it's good to finally see "Europeans" on stage at the English Royal Ballet". And they are showing up more frequently - even in live streams monitored BY the RB.
