The real developers who had passion and freedom to do what they wanted while also understanding Assassin’s Creed left. Now we have generic open world garbage ACs that dont understand anything about what made AC special and iconic. The regression in Parkour, Story telling and modern day and focus on massive bloated open worlds and horrible stories tells all you need to know. The last AC that was true gold was Black Flag. After that it’s been on the decline.

This is back when the series creator Patrice Desilets had a plan and ending. But Ubisoft got greedy and interfere in his work. This is what happens when series fall victim to creative differences and fail. It leads to inconsistencies, lore breaks, change in genre, bad writings, and now they use the ip for their own agenda than telling storytelling.

@@gabrielandjavierpinales3689 yea i agree. the lore where way more interesting when everything was based on conspirasytheories and scifi and we got to theorise about the world and the lore. now we get to know everything like we can't think for our selfs, and the isu and their tech is just used as a bad excuse for fantasy powers and thats the whole explenation in the games. back in the ezio games we got to know at least somewhat how the isu tech worked and it was grounded in real although debunked theories and conspiracytheories.
