Some of the creatures native to this world are far stronger than the others, there must be some form of hierarchy within all this madness, though they were still easily eliminated. The Carnival is here as well, a concerning revelation, though not an insurmountable issue, they will be dealt with in time.

Big damage against shambler has always been the way to go. And if you want a bit more difficulty I suggest you to take a look at the spider nests mod.

I have really mixed feelings about the carnival easily one of if not my favourite creature design in PM's universe that I've seen. I love the faithfulness to them mechanically in the mod but dear god they are beyond overturned theirs a patch you can download that reduces the spawn rate of the carnival. I really wish they had a sort of 'normal patch' that rebalances the carnival for normal combat. I wish they had drastically less HP 25-30 at level 1 but they have more protection that fits their lore really well. the Blue Reverberations Nevoru fabric is based of the carnival's equipment and is basically protection. the Carnival's DD design has so much effort put into their animations and sound effects ECT but it's kind wasted on busted balancing. Aha, Exalius is...a mod I used in the past. To boil it down to bare bones, it gives every enemy a random buff ranging from "5% dmg and 10% health increase" to insane buffs such as "100% health, 50% protection" and so on. I figured if any estate could handle it, it'd be this one but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working. There used to be a town mod for Black Souls! I used it in the Crimson Furry estate and it was one of my favorites, though it got privated or taken down for some reason.

@@ShadowKitteh ohh it's the random buffs mod. I see. Shame the town revamp was removed. I really feel like BS has a ton of potential for modes characters.
