I love this video. My great-grandparents are buried in River View Cemetery in Aurora. My Dad was born there. He worked as a teen in the CCC constructing bridges and fences in Indiana, much like the WPA. He worked in the area of Frances Slocum State Forest area. I appreciate the way you showcase Indiana history. Thank you. 😊

I miss those older historical landmark signs. Our city took alot of them down and replaced them with small metal ones that make you download an app to get the information. They said it was about modernization, but just like all apps they sell your shopping and location info to advertisers.😢

In the early 70s, my sisters husband bought his first new car at a Chevrolet dealership in Milltown, Indiana, called Roggenkamps. It was a Chevelle SS. Can you believe Milltown had a Chevrolet dealership?

If you are ever in central Indiana please do a video on Westfield! The historic district has some great gems as historical figure Asa Bales who played a large part in the Underground Railroad has a large importance here

The old quarries in Jeffersonville, Indiana, down by the Ohio river and the new bridge 🌉 to Louisville, Kentucky... some beautiful entrance archways and benches made from stone mined out of the hillsides... now mostly overgrown with forest growth...
