I love these online lessons and lectures. The supporting notes that are purchasable in the store are going hand in hand with my university notes and lectures. I like the simplistic explanations and the chance to rewind and watch again until the message is understood. Thank you for all you’re doing. Keep up the good work. I for one will keep coming back for more until this vast subject sinks in and I pass my degree, SQE and masters. ❤

Dear, u have confused rule of law with nature of law when discussing prospectivity and retrospectively. Try to b strictly on the topic instead of touching other topics that what and how law is. Rule of law is not difficult to b defined. That means, simply, that law will rule and not customs and traditions and personal commands or dictatorship.

No I haven't. That's a principle discussed as part of the rule of law. Also your definition of the rule of law is incorrect. The rule of law doesn't just mean "rule" by "law". Hence it's a difficult thing to properly determine. Hope this helps :)

Let's go ahead. When u say that something is wrong then prove that as had done.If u r of the view that rule of law doesn't mean rule by law then prove that. For law includes every principle or usage recognized by law. Independence of judiciary is one of the forums for upholding rule of law. I can prove what I say here .Your dicey has only looked into rule of law by speculating on judicial determination only.
