You can listen as YOU need! For example, If you need an energy boost, you go more towards a Gamma Track instead of a Delta one. There is no set number of days to listen because no one reacts similarly to different Binaural or Solfeggio frequencies. Some of my listeners have preferred ones that they stick to on a daily/nightly basis. Some others will prefer variety. Go by your Feelings Needs! Because Feeling is Your Compass!
