Deceptively powerful dynamic in learning to consistently keep your commitments to yourself. The self-credibility is a super power; and it is disturbingly easy to live in a dysfunctional relationship with your self where you no longer keep your commitments or truly trust yourself, and this is the loss of power. I'm not sure there's anything on the thetoolsbook.com about the Plane of Will but there is a lot of great info there. What specific questions do you have? I will do my best to answer. (I'm a coach mentored by Phil and specialize in his work.)
