She is someone who should be admired for her work ethic and for her dedication to her craft. Celebrities are not some kind of deitity or God that should be worshipped. I used to respect her a lot but one day I stumbled on some images of a movie and realized that has the same concept as Beyonce's Lion King song and the other movie is from the 80s, so I dug deeper and realized that she has been sued for plagiarism in many occasions and most of the time she settles in order to avoid scandal, Jay Z as owner of Roc Nation he suppresses any bad media to Beyonce making her appear perfect but is far from that, choreographies stolen like Single Ladies, Dance for Dance for you, the intro vocals of Drunk in Love is the chorus of a Middle Eastern song where she simply snipped the vocals and added to her song, she settled that one, she has many law suits but are covered by Jay Z and also they are both investigated because since Jay Z owns Tidal he without asking user downloaded both their albums to their phones with no authorization yet the inflated downloads were sent to Nielsen Soundscan . She has received 23 Grammy's as of know if I'm not mistakes is the most by any artist ever, if she was deserving of these amount of awards that would make her the best artist in history using The Grammy's as the most important award for singers, however Jlo, Paula Abdul and Britney can dance just as good, live shows? Madonna can make shows bigger than hers and she has done it for 35 years, songwriter? Well she is not known for being a songwriter, she might collaborate and add things so she gets credit but her name is always the last or before last meaning her input was lower than the rest and we have Avril Lavigne, Gaga, Adele, Taylor Swift or Mariah Carey. Production? Well Beyonce's albums can have over 30 different producers, whereas Tori Kelly, Carly Simon, Avril Lavigne, Stevie Knicks and Mariah Carey have less than 10 on their albums. Singing? In my opinion Beyonce is not a good singer, she is a great singer but not the greatest think Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Patti Labelle, Whitney Houston, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin and Mariah Carey at Beyonce's age could sing her all the way under the table and many even today are far more accomplished vocalists out there. She has not many #1 songs, her sales as a solo artist barely get to 80 million Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Madonna with 22 years of career were either past 150 million or a little under, Tieing an album to a cheating scandal was done in the 90s by Alanis Morrisete with Jagged little pill and this album sold over 30 million copies worldwide 1/3 almost from Beyonce's entire solo career. Grammy's are given to her as courtesy. So you see? She is good at almost everything (except hiding her delinquent plagiaristic actions) but she is not the best at anything, I used to respect her work ethics but no more, in my opinion now she is a built artist and not a born talent. Her moves are very calculated, also many other artists have left Roc Nation because according to them Jay Z puts a break on promotion to other artists and focus only on her promotion. I'm sorry but she is overrated, undeserving of 23 Grammy's perhaps 4 the most is more appropriate number, now she is getting them as a habit and not as a reward.
