The hype around NBA 2K21 Next Gen was insane, everyone expected a revolutionary game. At launch we were greeted by a multitude of bugs and glitches but we pushed through it. Now with over a month since the last patch and even longer since we have heard from 2K themselves, we are sitting in frustration wondering what is going on? The meta of flashy passes and broken fadeaway mechanics is driving the community insane and we haven't gotten a word that 2K even recognizes not only the problems with gameplay but also the problem with just navigating through the game itself. Fades are the curry slide behind vacuum picks in current gen...Ive had next gen from launch...& fades are op. & a bunch of players ive faced all they do is dribble run to opposite side & shoot a fade every play....boring its like 2k20 with legends & elites iso & 2 in corners....& folk still cry about rim running....now its both faders & rim running 😆...its fun when you get a team that play "Basketball" not bring every exploit to the table...& then claim they're "Nice!" With it...but are the 1st to complain when patches come....lames might as well add a Zen & go all the way Cheese....keep that foot on the necks Joe, 2uces!

If I was an executive on a game developer and my design team came up to me to tell that they've designed a feature, where you can get team takeover like you described on tge video, the whole team would be fired on the spot. And whoever is responsible for the gameplay looking like that in the video would be buried in the dumpster behind the building. My lord, was that boring. I haven't really been watching 2k vids recently and after seeing that, I'm really glad that I haven't.

I agree the trick pass boost is big however that is also the point of being able to do the badge up HOF compared to bronze or silver ect and also it’s not hard to defend it if you know how to play as you know if someone flashy pass you just can’t let the receiver shoot the ball, but fades 100% need to nerfed so they can be skill related not just anyone can fade like Tyceno

They need to make quick stopping more affective, and make bruv led moves that you can move sideways faster... like 2k20. Doing this will make spot up shooting more effective and therefore marking people want shoot standstill shots and not fades.... however they also need to nerf fades at least a little bit
