You know something. I thought of the snow having a comic with 7 chapters that is based on the characters spending time in the human realm. And 10 specials that are 11-minutes or shorter. That way, maybe the 20 adventures can be completed. Season 3: “3 Episodes” Comic: “7 Chapters” Specials: “10”

The plot was changed big time after the crew learned they got cut AKA during production for season 2 as in deep in production for season 2. For starters, the Collector was a late addition. Ergo, there's no guarantee seadon 3 would have been set on Earth.

I personally think The Owl House should be retcon, season 4 is the same story as season 3 but because it's a 20ish episode season they'll more time to tell the stories that was left out of this season

I wouldn't have wanted them to spend half a season in the Human Realm like Amphibia did with Earth, but it would have been great if there were a few more episodes to flesh some of the ideas that were depicted in the montage and scrapbook. In particular, I find it pretty upsetting that the slice of life date that Luz promised Amity had to happen off-screen.

There is no evidence at all that a full S3 would have been on Earth. This line was added after the crew was forced to change S2B’s story to tie into S3’s runtime. That doesn’t mean the original intent was to have them on Earth. Given that the Collector was a last minute addition to S2B, it’s more likely a full S3 would have been on the Demon Realm. Not Earth. Willow’s picture book doesn’t mean anything at all, it’s a character bonding moment that people place way too much meaning into.

I still don't understand why this show doesn't fit the brand. It can't be because of LGBTQ rep because both Amphibia and TGAMM had that and it can't be because it's serialised because this is the same company that gave us Gravity falls and it can't be because it's too dark because compared to Amphibia and Gravity falls, it was lighthearted.
