Lisa takes a beautiful, but violent, foster horse named Storm to be rehabilitated at Pine Hollow. Storm has been abused and, having not responded to previous training, is scheduled to be put down. Stevie and Carole notice that Drew seems more than preoccupied with Pine Hollow operations, but are even more concerned that Lisa is heading for an emotional fall if efforts to re-train Storm are unsuccessful. When Stevie & Carole are cleaning up Drew’s office they discover the source of his concern: bank loans are due and Pine Hollow is in deep financial straits. With the banker demanding payment, Red decides to sell the surrounding land and riding trails. The Saddle Club girls must help save Pine Hollow and the magnificent horse, Storm.
Based on the series of popular books for young readers, The Saddle Club follows the lives of three aspiring equestrians developing their riding skills at Pine Hollow Stables. Each of the girls has assorted personal baggage: Tomboy Stevie's impulsive nature gets her into constant trouble, Carole rides to overcome a family tragedy, and Lisa is an overachiever with a social-climbing mother. Despite their problems (and the schemes of a spoiled rich rival, Veronica), the girls' love of horses and strong friendship with one another is always enough to help them overcome any obstacle.

This is one of my favorite Saddle Club Movies along with Adventures At Pine Hollow, Friends Forever, Horse Crazy, The Mane Event, The First Adventure, Horse Of A Different Color and Saving Pine Hollow and also I like watching The Saddle Club because I used to watch it every Saturday morning on PBS Kids when I was eight years old and man I’ll never forget those nostalgic days.
