When it was a bug, players would still visibly limp when it happened to them. VeryBadscav shows what happened to him in comparison. You can clearly see his character while not showing damage effects was still visibly limping. Stankrat didn't limp at all. Jury is still out, but it looks sus as hell.

@@xarius1 brother just use your brain, there is zero reason for stank to cheat. He rarely sees people before they see him, he misses most of his shots, and literally just rats. Cheats woudn't benefit him in any way. Would be risking his career and a ban for zero reasons. And then this "evidence" of him cheating is literally just him not limping when he should.
