Acts 3:19 repent convert and have your sins blotted out. Ephesians were Baptized not 1 time by 2 times. Romans 10:17 Faith comes by hearing Gods word. verse 31 when he hears the Gods word. This man said you walk down isle. He going tell you to say prayer or ask Jesus into your heart to be converted. Your sins are not blotted out until Col 2:12 God operation in baptism.

Since Timothy's mother was Jewish, he would be considered a Jew. I think your slide at 11:27 is wrong. So that still leaves the question why not Timothy?
