reminds me of the story of jona (in the Bible), the Apocalypse, "another sodom after one gomorrah", the fig tree, the fire. all that is from the story

That riff is traditional Chinese folk music technique. It sounds like Chinese dulcimer/扬琴.

Obviously haven't searched up much more Nightwish. Last of the Wilds is one of the few more folk orientated pieces they do as their genre is symphonic metal meaning that their focus is on orchestral and film style music. Two completely different bands therefore cannot be compared.
