I am a die hard spurs fan but wemby is definitely the future but vassel and crew are not it. The need another dig man that plays the position they way it should be played and a veteran point guard. To help run the offense. The spurs are to young play fast and can’t be taught not to run the offense at the tempo it is running at if any e knows pop hands down one of the best coaches In the league loves to slow the ball down throw the other team off there rhythm and defense, defense, defense. I would say yes dynasty if they had more experience not now.

Vassell, Sochan, wesley and tre are definitely gonna be the future and right now they are our core. If we can get a good point guard which lets trae run the 2nd unit and makes the scoring for everyone (mainly wemby and Vassell), Sochan and Wesley are both phenomenal defenders just unfortunate they are surrounded by not amazing defenders other than wemby and vassell. Sochan is gonna be the most important out of everyone that I named, hes gonna be the draymond or "glue guy" he may never average 20+ a game but hes gonna do everything off the stat sheet. Hes also made major and I mean major improvements in his game. Future is so bright for us!!

@@atbp828 - they shot on ESPN that when Wimbley plays center as opposed to power forward, the spurs are a much better team. The Spurs have been trying to make that 6 foot nine small forward from Baylor, into a point guard. And they have pointed out that this is a horrendous idea. it is like Pop wants to lose on purpose. We don’t need a 7 foot one guy. We already have a 7 foot four guy down low taking care of business. We need a point guard that has played point guard his whole life, and is taller than almost every other point guard in the NBA. The quarterback of the team.that’s what we need if we want to win championships again like the old days.

Time will tell. A tad too early to make such wild claims as them being a future “dynasty”. This year along with the past couple of years has not been too stellar. I know all Spurs fans are wetting their pants over Victor, but let’s give it a few years to play out. Pop also is not getting younger and has done little over the past decade which has their record at 429-371 and no playoff games in the past five seasons. Time will tell…

Trae Young’s two point shooting is way under 50% at 42%. His three-point shooting is under 40% at 37%. And he plays no defense. And he is a huge part of why his team is terrible. Nobody wants Trey Young.
