Man what a beautiful hike! You wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s winter with all the evergreen manzanitas, oaks, silk tassels, and pines. Not to mention that southwestern winter sun! I love Zion so much! Thanks for sharing!

I did this trail barefoot! Is a perfect trail to do grounding 😊 -I this first week of November -layers recommended, it gets kind of cold.

@marinasoto5015 it was a relaxing hike. Nothing strenuous. I enjoyed my time on trail. It was fairly warm when I was there. Can't recall when but probably January. Ice and snow were melting by the time I got there. Angels Landing still had ice but all in all it is a beautiful experience.

Thanks for the good video. Headed there Feb 18th. Looks like no excessive warming layers when hiking and moving?

@@mikeevans-nomadicaspiratio3672 Thanks for the reply. Sorry about the vague question. Wondering how warmly you dressed? Single base layer with a couple extra layers, or even less? Most of the Zion videos from the past week show people in lighter layers and clothes. Obviously, wind, shade, canyons, altitude, and exertion make a difference, but in general people seem dressed for late fall there currently ;^)

@@agunslinger9349 when I was there the weather was in the 40s and 50s at the highest point. Every hike i went on started with extra layers and was removed as the day progressed. I always bring a backpack with water and food among other things just to be prepared, even in a tourist spot such as Zion. Always be prepared. Nights are cold in winter, sunshine can warm it up pretty quickly in the day. Check weather reports of area before going.

@@mikeevans-nomadicaspiratio3672 Thanks Mike. Good info. As a backpacker that's typically how I do it. But just checking experiences of recent visitors. Thanks again!
