Another zandmotor has already been finished on the coast of Noordholland between Camperduin and Petten all along the old Hondsbossche Zeewering. I think it is even bigger than this one. Also slowly "walking" to the north. So far working perfectly, creating a new line of dunes there.

I'm from Norfolk and was a bit surprised by that bit at the end. Erosion is a huge problem in Norfolk but I had no idea they were planning a sand motor here.
