This seems like a more polished Freeman: Guerilla. Although, that game did have factions and this seems to just be a "Red vs Blue" all out war.

They have a bunch of made up factions you can chose between when creating your battle, basically US Russia etc just not called that :D

Mostly not, all trees can be brought down and certain smaller cover but walls and buildings cannot be destroyed
