Esther was a one night stand. Harvry cannot resist a beautiful woman and as such is not ready for commitment. With Scottie it was just physical attraction and when they got together it wasn't enough to sustain a relationship. Paula was a refuge from true feelings, an emotional crutch to protect him from suffering. Harvey's heart always belonged to Donna. She was his soulmate, the only one with whom he had an emotional connection.

Zero chemistry between Harvey and Paula, zero zilch nothing, she was not his type at all, she was way too stuffy and serious, and he didn’t seem himself with her coz she was always calling the shots on what he could/couldn’t do to placate her own insecurities! A total mismatch. Glad he saw the light.. Harvey and Scottie had great chemistry but really just based on physical attraction, they were too competitive with each other Scottie was always so critical of him, always found something to be angry with him about. But with Donna it was everything, attraction on every level, soulmates, she was “his compass” and the only one who ‘got him’ and accepted him as he was, and their chemistry was off the chart, never seen anything like it.

Scottie wasn't strong enough for Harvey. They weren't "power couple" enough for me and there was too much backstabbing and distrust.🤮 The therapist was a sheer waste of time. She and Harold were more compatible!🤣 I love how Jessica and Gretchen kept Harvey humble enough to recognize he needed Donna.👏🏾🙌🏾🎉💯💕 Harvey needed self-actualized woman. Donna loved the man, the attorney, and the tortured soul. Donna knew Harvey on the deepest levels of compatibility and he finally got to know just how Donna she was. 🌺 I love this show. This cast was inimitable. ❤
