One of my favorite areas in the game. Such an insanely massive cave with really cool quests and atmosphere. Tough but doable solo on many kinds of characters.

Oh, I remember getting in it in TBC. Can agree, the most annoy cave ever. Was also on the Endless server, mobs ressed SO FAST, fail to pull 2 times -> respawn catches up. Ah ye, also Endless a bit tuned up, mobs hit like trucks and their abilities sometimes do more than they originally do, for example, fel boars in Outland charged 50yards, waaay before the aggro zone. And, well, aggroed ;D

For official maybe disconnects could make players immune to damage and port the player to the nearest graveyard or safe zone? (Just a thought to debate) If WoW had better localized processing they could reduce the risk of D/C

Decent idea, but people would abuse it 100%. About to die? rip out ethernet cable, pull too much? rip out ethernet.

The problems with disconnects is that the server doesn't know you disconnected. It's in the name you don't have a connection to the server to say you don't have a connection

@@yarraqizmo minimum ping response threshold? Though I use to play vanilla with an average of 1000ms or higher. I use to accept a 5second delay between spells. Maybe just an automated disconnect analysis system if a play stopped XYZ for an amount of time while their health was dropping and their ping was abnormally high and the server and game client reach a consensus on the players game instance no longer being active then they could be cocooned in someway for those reasons
