Thank you for sharing your testimony. When I was 18 I was a young Christian and I fell in love with an atheist. Each day I allowed my feelings for him to grow I found myself moving further and further away from my faith till I couldnt even go to church, pray or touch my Bible cause I constantly convicted of my sins. Then I felt that loosing my virginity would mean nothing cause I was already being sexually immoral but I ended up in a doctors office 6 days later with a desperate need to know if I was pregnant because I had a scholarship to study overseas. Too late for the morning after pill but to early for an aboration because I didnt know if I had conceived. A plane ticket dated for the next day. So despite not knowing I was given pills and was "vacuumed". I dont care if I was pregnant or not, I believe that even if I was I would have had an abortion and this poem has helped me finally let go of all the pain and self hatred I have been carrying for four years now/ Thank you so much.

I love watching P4CM videos...I am sitting here mesmerized by this poetry piece. Although I have never had an abortion, the way Ms. Elizabeth delivered this piece was powerful and phenomenal. It was as if I can truly envision how she felt during that time. Thank God that he is merciful and he is the atonement for our sins. Amen... I was in the same situation as Elizabeth and I'm so thankful GOD has saved me from what could of been something other then his love. Even now sometimes I feel un-worthy to look up to him but through being saved i can say i love and trust in my heavenly father I GIVE HIM THANKS EVERYDAY IN MY HEART AND DECLARE THE ENEMY SHALL NEVER WIN my idea of love was slowly turning dark the last man the enemy sent in my life to destroy me almost won but i can stand tall and say GOD IS GOOD AND I TRUST HIM AND HIM ALONE after saying this it feels like the weight was being lifted of my shoulders. I just had to say something after watching this because i felt like Elizabeth was telling my story. And i just pray to my heavenly father that he continues to guide me help me in my christian walk. Sister Elizabeth--this raw and painful redemption story, your story, was so fantastically crafted and performed. Thank you for following through with this public statement. Shame and pain did not keep your mouth locked closed--Jesus is victorious yet again. He springs water from the desert places, and turned your secret into a living sacrifice that is freeing up many hearts. What a worshipful moment for me to hear this. beautiful piece. sometimes out of shame and guilt we keep our testimonies hidden so that our vulnerability and hurt wont be exposed and possibly be subject to hurtful insensitive comments. but every time we share a testimony though we stand the risk of hurt, we also stand to show the grace and power and mercy of God to make the hard heart of a sinner turn in repentance and faith and cause the saints to praise Him for His goodness and the undredeemed to know that NO SIN is too big for the Saviour to wash clean.
