After JuJu and Pacheco get back and D-Hop builds more chemistry with Mahomes.....who are opposing defenses going to choose to double? Kelce, Nuke and JuJu killing zone defenses in the intermediate, Worthy deep down the field, plus alternating between a fresh Pacheco, with Hunt also getting carries? This offense could potentially be looking downright dangerous by mid-December, if we don't continue getting bit by the injury bug.

That Hunt touchdown got me 200 buckaroos, I needed that one!! This was the toughest game in my opinion somehow. Really wished we would have made a move on a CB but, i do trust in the General Spags. He is pretty much the best at his job, and will bet on him every day. Great, great, great game. Baker looked really good, much to my surprise. DeAndre, wow, what an add, he is so freaking good, can't believe Veatch got that done and especially for the cost, great video, Cole. 8-0 Red Kingdom LFGOOOOOOO!!!

It's crazy how one missed play can lead to so much... I truly believe if Justin Reid intercepts that ball early, we probably bury this team early, and it's a huge win. Likewise, if Xavier Worthy catches that early long TD, we get things rolling a lot earlier, and probably extend the lead and this becomes a big win.

Old guy here. I always felt like this would be a trap game for KC. TB not as bad as a 4-4 team. I thought their D was very aggressive. They had 3 sacks in 1st half and seemed to get good pressure with just 4 front guys. That 3rd down throw to DHop into triple coverage was awesome! On replay, it looked liked MaHomes barely set his feet and just flicked his wrist for a 35 yard pass that was dropped into Dhop’s hands. There are only a few WRs in the league that could make that reception. It was very impressive. I don’t know why Bowles didn’t go for 2. Maybe he thought he had a better chance of winning with coin toss, but his defense was gassed, so I turned out wrong for him. Another W for the Chiefs.

Kareem and D Hop make the Chiefs slower but somehow better. The defense holds the other team within striking distance. The offense helps out by holding onto the ball. St Patrick closes out the game. Amazing! And simple but people keep trying to “fix” the Chiefs.

One thing that goes unmentioned when people are breaking down Chiefs games is EVERYONE gives the Chiefs their best shots! It doesn’t matter if the team only has one win in a season they will treat the Chiefs game like it’s their personal Super Bowl. And it’s been that way for 5 seasons! So when people say the Chiefs aren’t blowing anyone out keep in mind the Chiefs play 17+ Super Bowls a season!

Things we learned from the win over Tampa Bay: 1) Our defense is fallible. 2) We are not re-signing Justin Reid. 3) We're lucky Bowles didn't go for 2. 4) If Wanye Morris is this mediocre, we may as well let Kingsley Suamataia play. 5) Our offense is going to be very formidable by December, when JuJu and Pacheco return, provided we have no more serious injuries.

@robertsettle2590 Don't get me wrong, he's a popular guy and a versatile player who could make a few kicks for us if Butker were to get injured. But he just seems to be too inconsistent against tight ends and in his tackling. I'm not saying we should bench him, just that we can get his level of play without paying what he's going to be asking for. Some other team can give him that, we'll move on to one of our other existing safeties and probably draft another one. Then we'll take the 3rd round compensatory pick in the 2026 draft.

Two thoughts related to coaching that I don't get: 1. If you are the Chiefs with 2 minutes and change and need one first down to ice the game, then either (A) go for it in a serious way, or (B) if you aren't going to seriously make a real try at it, then put in Carson Wentz! 2. If you are 4-4 and are playing against the defending SB champs who happen to be 7-0 and you can actually win with a 2-pt conversion, or send the game into overtime with 1-pt where you'll then get to face this SB 7-0 team in their home stadium, then you either go for 2 or you report to the neurologist ASAP.

I do have some concerns about the Defense. Baker played his butt off, but they moved the ball against the Defense including the final drive before OT. The Chiefs were lucky the Bucs didn't go for the 2 point conversion, as the Defense didn't show they could stop them. God bless the Bucs Coach for having a brain-fart.
